About Coach Corrigan:
Todd Myles Corrigan is the Lead Pastor with his wife Katie Corrigan at Trinity San Diego. Previously he served as Spiritual Integration Director of the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap of Washington. In years prior he was Director of Tyler Street Family Campus a division of the Rescue Mission in Tacoma as well as Elementary Physical Education teacher at his alma mater, Life Christian Academy in Tacoma, Washington. From infancy through teen years Jesus, football and leadership was always part of the daily conversation and routine at home. A passion developed to use the skills he learned in leadership on the field as a player then on to teaching young men about the game of football. Core values of knowing and serving God were the foundation of truth.
Prior to joining the team at the Trinity San Diego, Todd served in many different positions. Most notable are his 2 years serving under his mentor Pastor Rich Wilkerson at Trinity Church in Miami, Florida. He held the position of youth and young adult’s pastor at this urban inner city church. This is where his coaching and leadership career started.
Todd found a passion for influencing youth in a positive way through athletics. While at Trinity, he started a church basketball team for Junior Higher’s, which played in a league against other churches around South Florida. The league called S.L.A.M (Saving Lives Athletic Ministry) was played at the Miami Rescue Mission, in hopes to challenge others to live more Christ like, through the avenue of athletics. The idea became real to Todd of mixing the two things he loved the most, Jesus and sports. This is where the passion to coach took off.
Upon returning back to Washington, Todd started teaching at Life Christian and coaching at University of Puget Sound. He has served in many different positions in coaching.
